Refund Policy
If Minutehand isn't for you, we'll refund you. Request a refund within 7 days of purchase and you'll get your money back in full — no forms, no exit interview, no "before you go" survey.
How to request one
Email support@minutehand-app.com from the address you purchased with, or reply to your Polar receipt email. Include your order number or licence key if you have it handy. Refunds are processed by Polar (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
The fine print, briefly
A refund deactivates your licence key. Deepgram bills usage under your own account, so we can't refund it — though with the $200 of free credit new Deepgram sign-ups receive (roughly 750 hours of meetings), you're unlikely to have paid them anything at all. After 7 days, get in touch anyway; we're not monsters.
